Dr Trust Jephius—CEO & CO FOUNDER
Dr Trust Jephius is a young Zimbabwean-born Briton who loves entrepreneurship and creating opportunities, particularly for the often forgotten disadvantaged people in Zimbabwe. He believes in bringing back a more convenient way for Zimbabwe to be directly connected to the world in order to bring trade and tourism into Zimbabwe, as well as for the Zimbabwean diaspora to travel to and from their motherland. He is a fully qualified medical doctor in the UK and loves travelling, playing tennis, and reading.
His vision for the private charter route Fly Phoenix (rising from the ashes) is a huge undertaking and all of us at Fly Phoenix Direct Ltd are excited about this venture.
Mr Fortune Huruva—Chief Operating Officer And Co-Founder
A Zimbabwean citizen, Mr Huruva is a born leader with vast experience in multiple multi-million-pound projects. His qualifications include a BSc in Economics, an MSc in Finance, and a Project Management & Strategic Management degree. He’s humble and shares the same dream as Dr Jephius—to help Zimbabwe reconnect to the world easily, which will bring business and tourism back to the motherland.
Mr David Edwards—Executive Project Manager And Advisory Board Member
Mr Edwards’ background is in the transport industry, predominantly in railway operations and engineering. He also has experience in managing large-scale projects with multi-million-pound budgets and large stakeholder groups. David has experience in customer-facing roles, understanding customer relations and how they can be fulfilled. When he was asked to be involved with the Fly Phoenix Direct Ltd project, he couldn’t wait to jump at the chance to start something new and develop areas that had been predominantly forgotten about by its competitors. His qualifications include the following:

• MSc Reliability Engineering & Asset Management (Hons)
• DPl in Leadership & Management Member of the Association of Project Management & Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
